A man who's love, passion and devotion was always prioritized by family. Frank was a character you could not help but love. He has more friends than anybody I know. All the stories I've heard of him and by him have made him a LEGEND in my mind. HIs very quick witt, his unbelievable talent to trouble shoot any problem and resolve them will be unmatched by anyone I'm sure. I thank God for letting me be Frank's pal. He will be missed greatly.
