The family announces with sorrow his death in Sturgeon Falls, Monday July 14th 2014 at the age of 76 years. Son of the late Cyril Hurtubise and of the late Léontine (née Vachon) Hurtubise. Loving husband of Pierrette (née Langlois) Hurtubise of Sturgeon Falls. Dear father of Muriel Hurtubise (Tom Johnstone), Normand (Sherry), Yvon (Michelle) all of Sturgeon Falls, Marcien (Fiona) of Vancouver, Lynda Pidskalny (Peter) of Parry Sound and Diane Wood (J.L. Giroux) of Iroquois Falls. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his 10 grandchildren Andy, Melissa, Crystal, Amanda, Megan, Samantha, Jeremy, Kayla, Bryanne, Trista and by his 4 great grandchildren Dakota, Ashton, Saphira and Daighton. Predeceased by his grandson Robert. Survived by his brothers Roger (late Jacqueline)(Joan) of Hagar, Francois (Gisèle) of Montreal, Robert (Claire) of Timmins, Guy (Yvonne) of River Valley, Claude (Georgette) of Coniston and by his sisters, Beatrice Hurtubise (Gaëtan), Clarisse Hurtubise (Jacques) both of Sturgeon Falls. The family will receive friends at Theoret Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls, Wednesday July 16th 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00. Funeral service to follow at 4:00 in the funeral home chapel.
