Obituary for Patricia Ticalo

Patricia Ticalo
Ticalo, Patricia (1938-2018)
Our earthly angel graduated to her higher calling, as on July 2, 2018, Patricia Ticalo was peacefully called to her glorious new home. She was in her 81st year.
She was the loving wife of 58 years to John Ticalo, and a loving mother to her son, Craig Ticalo. She loved her family fervently, selflessly and unconditionally. She is also survived by numerous cousins.
Predeceased by her parents, Edmund Baderski and her mother, Geraldine (Pat) Baderski, both formerly of Timmins, and her in-laws, George Ticalo and Tillie Ticalo, both formerly of Toronto.
Patricia was an incredibly sincere, giving, caring and compassionate person. She spread her love and warmth to everyone she met. Patricia had a wonderful way of bringing happiness to people. Patricia was wise, and always had a wonderful optimistic view of life. She was a loyal and devoted friend to many far and wide. All of us were blessed to have the privilege of her time and presence.
Patricia loved dogs, nature and flowers. She lovingly tended her home and yard with great pride.
She followed the Toronto Blue Jays with great passion.
Patricia had a strong faith; she loved God with all her heart, soul, strength and mind. She will be greatly missed by The Little Servants of Christ the King Prayer Group.
Patricia has run her race well, and richly deserves her reward.
A private service was held at Our Lady of Hope Church on July 5, 2018.
Thank you to Dr. Lacey Pitre and Dr. Heather Boudreau for their outstanding care provided to Patricia throughout her illness.
Thank you to Mike and Therese Dufresne, Norbert and Monica Hoffmann and Linda Purvis for all they did for the entire family in the last 18 months. A special thank you to Dr. Barry Wannan and Patricia’s cousin, Nancy-Jo Wannan, of Elliot Lake, who responded with great kindness and love in our family’s times of greatest need.
Cremation and arrangements entrusted to the Theoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home.
Patricia will rest with her family at the Whitney Cemetery in Porcupine, Ontario.
Donations to the Pregnancy Care Center and Infant Food Bank would be gratefully appreciated.
