It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden and unexpected death of Andreas “Andy” Gartmann, at his home in Sturgeon Falls, Friday May 18, 2018, at the age of 75 years.Andy was born April 17, 1943 in Saas, Switzerland. Father of Doris Goede of Switzerland and brother of Katherina also of Switzerland. Grandfather of two grandchildren. Also survived by his good friend Kurt Herzog and his wife Lisa of Sudbury.Employed by Alouette Bus Lines, Andy was well-liked by students, parents, colleagues and friends alike.Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Andy’s life will be held at his residence, 100 Salter Street, Sturgeon Falls, Saturday, June 23 from 2-4 p.m
