Bédard, Claudette (née Trottier) 1942-2017.
It is with heavy hearts that the family announces with deep sorrow her sudden and unexpected death, Saturday August 12, 2017 at the age of 75 years. Beloved wife of the late Hector Bédard. Soul mate and best friend of Ron Tessier. Loving mother of the late Richard Bédard (Teresa) of Wahnapitae, Lise Thompson (Tim) of Sudbury and Gilles Bédard (Marlene) of Hanmer. Claudette will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren as well as by her numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents the late Ernest Trottier and the late Aldéa Roy, and by her siblings Léonard (late Barbara), Lionel (late Marie-Ange), Yvonne St. Germain (late Léo), Arthur (Late Lucy), Alphé (late Margaret), Thérèse (Joseph), Marie Doiron (late Mathieu). Survived by her sisters Rejeanne Morin (late Don) and Rita Blais (Conrad). Claudette had a great zest for life and she enjoyed life to the fullest. An active member of the Club Amical (New Sudbury), she looked forward to her many lunch date meetings with the girls. Claudette worked for many years at Acme Printers as a graphic designer and later became part of the family business that proudly continues to prosper and to grow as Central Printers, owned and founded by her late husband Hector and her late son Richard. The family will receive friends at St. Jean de Brébeuf Church, Sudbury after 9; 00 am, Thursday August 17, 2017. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10; 00 am.
