The family announces with sorrow her death in Cache Bay, Sunday November 27 2016, at the age of 73 years. Loving daughter of Margaret Smith (née Collins) of Sturgeon Falls and of the late Walter Smith. Dear wife of Robert Desbois of Cache Bay. Emily is survived by her four children Constance of Oshawa, Ricky and Dean both of Cache Bay and Kevin of Sturgeon Falls. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Justin, Karine, Amber and Wade. Also survived by her sister Lola Bremner of Toronto. Emilie was an active member of the 50 club of Cache Bay. The Desbois family will receive friends at the Théoret Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls, Wednesday November 30, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday December 1, 2016 at 11 am. in Ste Thérèse D’Avila Church, Cache Bay.
