I had the pleasure of working with Mike while at the MTO in North Bay. Mike was very well liked and known to be a 'guru' in many facets of highway design and construction. Quite often my superiors would advise me to ‎"Go talk to Mike Jackson". Never did I walk away disappointed. Mike had a great sense of humor. An even greater work ethic, but would also exude wisdom that was infallible. When Mike retired, the MTO said goodbye to a great employee. Sadly now, we all say goodbye to a great person. May God provide you the peace and comfort needed as you journey through this loss.
