Désormiers, Grégoire (1928- 2018)

The family announces with sorrow his death in Sturgeon Falls Thursday October 25th 2018 at the age of 89 years. Son of the late Cyprien Désormiers and of the late Emilia Forgette. Dear husband of Lucille Désormiers (née Blais). Beloved father of Micheline Belanger (Camille), Pauline Villeneuve and Marcel (Cynthia). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Stephane (Tasha), Michel (Charlene), Joey (Miranda), Julie (Michel), Jeffrey (Maude), Ashley (Ryan), Nickolas (Jani) as well as his great-grandchildren Alexie, Zoë, Kiera, Gregory, Vanessa, Austin and Brayden. Survived by his siblings André (Simone), ‘Gigo’ Gérard (Ginette), Victor (Hélène), Jacqueline Levac (Fernand) and Françoise Gauthier (Léo). Predeceased by his siblings Florian, Aurèle, Jules, Georgette Rivard, Marie Crispin, Marie- Reine Lafreniere and Thérèse Chrétien. Grégoire was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus in the third and fourth degrees. The family will receive friends at the Théorêt Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls, Saturday November 3rd 2018 from 10 to 11 am. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11am, in Sacré Coeur Church, Sturgeon Falls. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
