MARCEL VINCENT (1934-2018)
Marcel Vincent, age 84, passed away peacefully on Sunday July 22nd, 2018. Beloved husband of Rita Vincent (Rémillard). They shared for 56 years of marriage together.
Born in Lavigne Ontario on March 18, 1934. He was the son of Gaspard Vincent and Rose-Anna Cazabon both predeceased.
Marcel is the proud father of 6 children, Sylvie (François Guenette) of Sudbury, Luc (Scott Godwin) of Toronto, Louise Henderson of Cambridge, Jean-Claude (Suzanne Laporte) of Verner, Julie (Guy Gareau) of London, François (Chantal Guénette) of Calgary.
He has 10 beautiful grandchildren: Mireille et Yvan Guénette, Anna Henderson, Jessica et James Vincent, Éric, Vincent et Sophie Gareau, Akim et Chanelle Vincent.
Marcel leave behind sisters Claudette Beaudry, Germaine Poirier, Thérèse Filiatrault. He predeceased by his brother Hervé, Émile, Olymbe, Alphonse, and by his sisters Clorinthe Girouard, Rollande Ducharme, Claire Chamberland, Jeanne D'Arc Sylvestre, et Carmelle Langevin.
Marcel, a 3rd degree Knight of Columbus, had passion for helping the community, friends and others. A man with a big heart, smile and the joy for life. His pride and joy was family time, hunting, fishing, and golfing.

A special thank you goes out to Dr. P. Cano, Dr. J. Browen and our family physician for over 30 years, Dr. Behamdouni for their outstanding care and compassion for Marcel.
Memorial Visitation at THÉORÊT-BOURGEOIS, in Verner Friday July 27, 2018 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9. Memorial Mass in Verner Saturday July 28, 2018 at 11:00 am. Donations in his memory to Fonds Commémoratif de la Paroisse St-Jean Baptiste de Verner or to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
