Bertrand, Louise (née Martin) 1948-2018
The family announces with sorrow her death in Sturgeon Falls Wednesday March 21st, 2018 at the age of 69. Daughter of the late Aldoria Martin and of the late Marguerite Martin (née Parent). Beloved wife of Paul Bertrand of Sturgeon Falls. Dear mother of Carl Bertrand (Nicole) of Angus, René Bertrand (Rachel) and Julie Bertrand both of Sturgeon Falls. Predeceased by her daughter Nicole Bertrand. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 5 grandchildren Brittany, André, Brooke, Alexis and Vanessa and by her great grandson Nixon. Also survived by her siblings Rita O’Brien and Robert Martin (late Dawna) both of Sturgeon Falls and Léo Martin (Odile) of Chelmsford. Predeceased by her sister Lorraine. The family will receive friends at the Théorêt Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls on Friday March 23rd, 2018 from 2pm to 4pm and from 7pm to 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Ste. Thérèse d’Avila Church, Cache Bay, Saturday March 24th at 1:30pm. Donations to the West Nipissing General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
