Arcand, Marcel (1945-2017)
The family announces with sorrow his death in Sturgeon Falls, Friday December 15, 2017 at the age of 72 years. Son of the late Emile Arcand and of the late Laurenza (née Renaud) Arcand. Loving husband of Madeleine Labelle of Cache Bay. Dear father of Céline Cauchy (Michel) of Cache Bay, Daniel (Robin) of British Columbia, Christopher (Lynne) of Sturgeon Falls and Lila of London. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Renée, Danny and Denis. Marcel is also survived by his sisters Louise Tessier (Guy), Noëlla Senterre (André), Agnès Greene (Gormand), Claudette Armitage (Bazil) and Elise Castilloux. Predeceased by his sister Lucille Dagenais. Marcel was retired after a successful career as a truck driver. He was also a volunteer firefighter in the community of Cache Bay. The family will receive friends at the Théoret Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls, Thursday December 22, 2017 from 2-4, 7-9. Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated Friday December 22, 2017 at 11 am. in Ste Thérèse D’Avila Church, Cache Bay.
