Filion, Jeannine (née Dubuc) 1934-2016
The family announces with sorrow her death in Sturgeon Falls, Friday August 12th 2016 at the age of 82 years. Daughter of the late Albert Dubuc and of the late Blanche (née Lacourcière) Dubuc. Wife of the late Roger Filion. Beloved mother of Victor (Marie-Claire), Benoit, Roméo (Gisèle), Louise Filion (Sylvain), Denis (Marise), Léo (Louise), Pierrette Filion (Claude), Rosanne Filion (Denis) and Angèle Bidal (Robert). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sister of Madeleine Vaillancourt (Robert), Denise Dubuc, Frederick Dubuc (Dawna), Anita Bedard (Rolland) and Rhéa Wolfram (late Art). Predeceased by her siblings Sylvio, Marie-Reine Laframboise (late Marcel), Thérèse Danis (late Rodolph), Albert Dubuc (late Jacqueline) and Yvette Petterson (late Bill). The family will receive friends at the Notre-Dame-des-Victoires church, Field, Friday, August 19th after 10a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 am. Arrangements in care of Théorêt Bourgeois funeral home, Sturgeon Falls. Donations to the Toronto’s Sick Kids Foundation, Kidney Foundation, Diabetes Association or to the West Nipissing General Hospital, Sturgeon Falls, would be appreciated. (cheques only).
